Jasmine Ruparelia

Jasmine is a Chartered Tax Adviser who looks after clients across our offices in the south of the practice. She oversees Corporation Tax Compliance specialising in Corporation Tax Consultancy work including Research and Development claims, Creative tax credit claims, Capital allowances review, international tax, company restructuring and due diligence work.

Jasmine also has a good background in personal tax, employment taxes, Construction Industry scheme and inheritance tax.

Jasmine works with owner manged businesses and large international companies, specialising in Private Equity backed companies, property investment companies, charities and International companies both inbound and outbound.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having previously worked at HMRC, in industry, private accountancy firms including the big 4 and providing technical support to the smaller firms of accountants whilst working for CCH Wolters Kluwer tax helpline.

Jasmine is a member of East Midlands Branch of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Association of Taxation Technicians.

She loves travelling and cooking to experience the culture and food of different parts of the world.  She is a keen walker and loves to get involved in cultural activities.
