We appreciate that these are extremely difficult and challenging times for us all and our thoughts go out to all those affected.
To ensure that we look after the needs of our clients, staff and Partners we continue to monitor guidance from the UK Government. In light of recent announcements, we have made a number of key changes to the way we work and manage our business.
We believe that our approach plays our part in combatting the spread of the virus, in that it balances the welfare of our team along with that of our clients and the support they need at this time. The work we do for clients remains unchanged. We continue to monitor the situation and will provide further information as circumstances unfold. In the meantime, we thank you for your support.
Our offices
From today (Tuesday 24th March) all of our offices will be closed to the public and non-key workers. The majority of our staff and partners continue to work from home, across what has become a virtual network of more than 200 employees. Staff and partners can be contacted by email and/or by mobile. Our usual hours of business remain the same to ensure that the business operates as normally as possible.
Meetings
As you will appreciate, to ensure that we all do as much as we can to safeguard the health of all individuals and focus on containing Covid-19, there will be no physical meetings. To ensure that matters can be addressed and our work with you will continue, virtual meetings can take place using telephone and video conferencing.
Processing your Payroll
For all clients for whom we undertake Payroll, our Payroll Service will endeavour to continue as normal. However, allowing extra time for processing would be appreciated due to the extra demands placed on the service. Should you have any queries you can email payroll@streetsweb.co.uk or call our dedicated Payroll number on 01522 551230 or
0345 099 7299.
Communications
We appreciate that there may be some difficulties with postal services. We would therefore ask where possible clients communicate by email and telephone. Documents, paperwork and records can be sent to us via our secure file transfer system.
Providing guidance and support
To support our clients, we will be sending out regular email updates covering the latest Government announcements around support for those affected, along with general guidance and practical advice to deal with the challenges we face. Our new business podcast, The Streets Sessions, will also provide timely and informative updates and guidance.
If you have any queries, please email your usual Streets contact or email info@streetsweb.co.uk
