We are delighted to announce that Richard Moor has rejoined the firm as a Partner. Having originally qualified with Streets Richard has more recently been in practice with a Peterborough based firm.
In his new role Richard will have responsibility for a portfolio of clients, many of whom he has worked with in the past and for whom he will be well placed to support in the future. In addition to looking after clients’ needs for audit, accountancy and tax advisory work, Richard will be looking to utilise his more recent experience within business planning, business improvement and corporate finance. Much of this work has centred around the needs of owner-managed businesses and those looking at growth and succession.
Commenting on his appointment, Streets Chartered Accountants Chairman and Managing Partner, Paul Tutin said: “As part of the Streets partnership team in Cambridge Richard will play an instrumental role in the growth of the practice looking after businesses, individuals and third sector organisations in and around Cambridge. We are especially pleased that Richard is returning to us and he is well liked by staff and clients alike. His business advisory work will be a true asset to the firm helping clients who seek greater support and advice especially around the opportunities and challenges following Brexit.”
When asked about his new role with Streets, Richard commented: “I am really excited about returning to Streets, working with colleagues and clients old and new. The firm has some really interesting clients from the owner-managed and family business sector and for whom I feel I can support and help on their journey. It will also be good to pick up again on the corporate finance side which seems especially busy in terms of deal flow in Cambridge at the current time. It will be great to rekindle professional contacts as well as to establish new ones in the local business community.”
