We will provide an update to the current rule changes that are being brought in from March 2020 where individuals services are provided through companies to the engager. Luke will explain how the onus for the liability to tax will shift to the engager from 2020 and how businesses should be prepared for this.
Furthermore, we will cover some tax efficient opportunities to retain and reward staff which will ensure businesses are stable with key management and also keeping in line with competitors by providing non cash benefits and incentives as part of a remuneration package.
