Capital Allowances and the New Structures and Buildings Allowance

Luke will give a general update on capital allowances on the purchase or construction of a commercial building, an overview of the New Structures and Buildings Allowance (SBA) introduced in the 2018 Budget and how businesses can maximise tax relief for capital expenditure on commercial buildings. Capital allowances locked into buildings are often overlooked and every business should review whether they are entitled to these valuable allowances.
